How do I schedule a showing?

What are the office hours?
Our office hours are as follows:
Monday – Friday | 10AM-6PM
Saturday | 10AM-6PM
Sunday | CLOSED
How do I apply?
You can contact our office to be sent an application or you apply directly from any available unit from the listings located HERE.
There is a non-refundable $50 application fee – This fee will be applied towards a criminal/eviction background check and credit check. We also require proof of ID (Driver’s license, passport, ETC) and require proof of sufficient income | 2.5-3x the amount of rent in gross income.
Before move-in there is a $250 non-refundable Move-In fee + 1st Months rent due.
Example if you are moving in to a unit that is $1350/mth:
$50 App fee + $250 Move-in fee + $1350 rent = $1650 TOTAL COST DUE BEFORE MOVE-IN

Do the apartments come furnished?
Yes, we do have the option to furnish the apartment with bedroom, dining and living room accessories. Contact our office for details and availability.
Pets are allowed at 731 South. There is a ‘Pet Fee’ of $350 required prior to move-in. Standard house pets (dog, cat, bird, rabbit, etc.) are allowed, but approval is up to the property manager’s discretion. Some breed or weight restrictions may apply.
LOCK OUT POLICY
If a tenant is locked out they may use the options below. You can also place a service request in your tenant portal at anytime for a lockout.
